Bernhard finished his Physics studies and took this as a reason to have a huge party in his appartment in Munich. El ron Pampero was also part of it and turned it into a wild festival! [Pictures]

It’s always nice if you can combine work and private life. Unfortunately this doesn’t happen too often. But this time I definitely hit the jackpot. The company flew me over to do some training in Chicago and I added two extra weeks to visit my host family in Wayland, drive with Jason all the way across the US from Michigan to Arizona, go to Grand Canyon and Arizona Snowbowl for snowboarding, and visit Priscilla and her family in Georgia. After 2003 and 2005 we again managed to get some people together to celebrate an unforgetable New Years Eve on a mountain lodge in the Pitztal. Unfortunately the snow gods were not too generous this year and we were quite shocked at the beginning to see only green mountain tops. But sunny weather, incredible mountain hikes, delicious food, and superb rum made our stay a blast! So here some pictures to reminisce the good times [Pictures]

The for outsiders a little odd seeming motto of “Wuff Puff” for our this year’s guys Christmas party had its roots in one of the many little get togethers of which there are so many during the year. In the search for a new T-shirt after the glorious “Pornthal” collection from last year this was definitly a dignified succession. So thank’s Pete for the great logo and who knows, maybe this indeed will become one of the new business trends for 2007 … [Pictures]

In 2006 we had some great concerts … unfortunately not every detail is still in our memories due to some liquids consumed on those nights. Good thing a camera was around so we can look back at the good times we had at the Jan Delay and Blumentopf concert. Have fun with the pictures! [Pictures]

It’s really quite a phenomenon … one guy calls to party and 40 to 50 people are right there … This time the guy who called was Egi with his fabulous band carrying their instruments way up on 2531 m to the Spannagel Hütte, rocking the mountain lodge until 4 o’clock in the morning! Of course also the very tasty Zillertal beer and the very active mountain lodge cook who turned out to be Germany’s next superstar had their parts. All together it was a terrific party combined with a rather exhausting biking trail up. So thank you Egi for putting all this together! [Pictures]

As the years go by the parties grow wilder and wilder … This time the Guide provided a huge BBQ party with a buzz that lasted for two days! Only good that someone put the guilty one on record (look at picture 43) otherwise we wouldn’t even know where all the Schnapps came from [Pictures]

Well, belonging to the working society takes its tolls … No more 10 hours Wiesn marathon … 7.30 pm first foot on the Octoberfest ground … 8.15 pm found a spot to sit … OUTSIDE … 10 pm finally got into a tent … and made up for the 9 hours of party in 1 single hour. So I did learn something in my job … to party efficiently … but is that really the goal to strive for??? [Pictures]

Congratulations! Hauni & Lena got married and his college mates were strongly represented at the wedding and enjoyed a fabulous wedding celebration. So a big thank you at this point to the bridal couple for putting together such a terrific day. We wish you all the best for the future and hope to party together many times more in the years to come! [Pictures]

So finally I also got some summer holiday … even if it was just a mini holiday. But we (Carmen and I) definitly used it to the maximum. Absorbed every single ray of sun, snorkled wherever possible, wakeboarded until the last bit of power reserves, and hiked under stormy conditions to beautifuly remote beaches. For every one who has never been there, the island Krk is the place to go to in Croatia! [Pictures]
